Subprocessors
Effective 2026-10-15. Jepela uses a small number of service providers (subprocessors) that process personal data for it, each bound by data processing terms at least as protective as the Data Processing Agreement. Account holders get the list of their names with their agreement and on request, and at least 30 days' notice by email before one is added or replaced.

| Engine computing | Runs the decision engine; the states and questions of each request are processed there, and not stored after the answer, with two exceptions. For a choice matched by vectors, the engine's matching model keeps a vector of each option in the engine's working memory, filed under a keyed hash of the option's text (made with a key that only that engine process holds) and never under the text itself, up to 50,000 per engine process, until newer options push them out or the engine restarts; it keeps no state, memory line or computed fact, as text or as a vector, and neither the memory lines nor the request text compared when memory is recalled by meaning. When a customer fine-tunes a model, its training cases (its golden cases, with the memory lines recalled for them) are stored there whether or not the job succeeds, and so is the model if it passes its tests; both are kept until the customer deletes the model by the name the job gave it (also the name of a job that failed or whose model was discarded), or the account | United States |
